Bluegrass Festival Day 2

Saturday is the day to be at the Bluegrass Festival! It was puuuuuurrrrfect weather! Here is a few photos from the day....

Crosby rocking out with her guitar

Strummin' away. The only musician in our camp was a 5 year old!!! ;0
Chelo was showing Crosby how it was done! Get it girl!!

Saturday afternoon, we were checking out the vendors and there is always a guy there making pottery that is blind and doesn't have any hands. It is quite humbling and amazing to watch.

Here is a view of the Main Stage, Stage #1. Jeremy and I sat and listened for a little while. I heard my favorite song of the weekend here called "I met my baby in the porto john line!" It was sooo HILARIOUS!!

On the mainstage, they also have the national flatpicking competition, but we didn't go and check that out.

Jeremy and I relaxing in the stands, listening to some fun music on a perfect Saturday afternoon. It doesn't get much better than this!

One cool camp that we had to have our picture taken at! The Pink Flamingoes camp!

It is a tradition to take a group photo of everyone in our camp each year. Mimi and Poppy use this picture as their christmas card each year. Too funny!!

P.S.- We also always have to pull in a few random people that we have never met in our entire lives! The guy int he green with the cane is one and the other with the backpack and long hair is another. Awesome!!

GO KU!!!

DC and ME with our Jayhawk!

This year was so fun! It was a great festival and we can't wait until next year.
