First Day of School & Game Night

Today was the first day of school for students at Belle Plaine High School. The day went pretty good for me, but I was exhausted by the end of the day. The marathon training group and i decided not to run tonight. We started a new schedule this year at BPHS where we will have our normal block schedule Monday-Thursday and ALL classes on Friday. I know I will be pooped on Fridays! Even though we see them for a shorter amount of time, it seems like it is more to do because we see all students in one day. Later that night we went to the Scheffler residence to play a new game that Jeremy had called BOOM-O. It took us a little while to figure it out, but eventually it started turning pretty competitive and was a lot of FUN! We are going to try to keep the game night thing going throughtout the school year so that we are doing some fun things during the week and NOT JUST ON THE WEEKEND! :)
